Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My husband and I visited West Palm Beach Watch Co for them to authenticate a Cartier watch that I had just purchased. We worked with William who was fabulous and the entire process was flawless, efficient and professional - I highly recommend if you are looking to authenticate for piece of mind. We will definitely use them again in the future.

William was also kind enough to spend time with us to size my new watch and it fits perfectly. Excellent service - thank you William.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I used WPB to authenticate a Vacheron and escrow the money. Anthony proved to be accessible, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was timely, did what he said he was going to do, and I will use him on all my watch purchase going forward.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 10/10! Will and the team at WPB Watch Co truly go above and beyond to provide the best experience. I called Will in a panic when my datejust stopped working and he got me in immediately to drop off my time piece. Quote was very fair and turn around time was also fantastic. I opted to get my watch polished in addition to repairs and service and it looks and feels brand new. I also appreciate the security measures they take so not anyone can just walk in. I felt very comfortable leaving my watch in the meantime. Everyone I had to pleasure of interacting with was very professional and kind. Hopefully no issues for the foreseeable future however now I have my go to guy.
