All returns are subject to WPB Watch Co LLC’s Return Policy as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. We do not accept returns for completed transactions. However, merchandise may be returned to the sender under specific circumstances, such as rejected offers or items being returned after declining a purchase.

Conditions for Returning Merchandise

  • WPB Watch Co LLC retains title to returned items until they are received back at our facility.
  • The merchandise must remain undamaged and unaltered during the return process.

Return Process

Rejected Offers For Selling YOUR Watch:

  • If you decline an offer for your merchandise, WPB Watch Co LLC will:
    • Ship your merchandise back to you at no cost.
    • Use a shipping method of our choosing.
    • Insure the shipment for the value of the rejected offer.

Return Shipment Details:

  • All return shipments are sent to the address listed in our records.
  • Insurance coverage will match the value of the rejected offer to ensure protection during transit.
  • If a package containing returned merchandise is lost in transit:
    • WPB Watch Co LLC will file a claim with the carrier.
    • You will be compensated for the full amount received from the carrier.

Transactions are considered complete when:

  • A bank wire has been successfully sent to the account you specified.
